Multi-Brand Franchisee Opens Pokeworks in Costa Mesa, CA.
Costa Mesa, CA (RestaurantNews.com) Pokeworks, the nation’s leading, premium poke brand, announced today the opening of its newest California location in Costa Mesa. The restaurant is slated to open on September 12, 2023 and will officially mark Pokework’s 8th restaurant in the Golden State. Along with the opening festivities, the first 100 Guests receive a complimentary poke bowl.
The new Pokeworks restaurant is owned and operated by Andrew Yoo, a multi-unit franchisee with Paris Baguette, BBQ Chicken and Zipbap Korean Kitchen, Andrew’s second Pokeworks location in Fullerton, California is expected to open Q1 2024.
Pokeworks is known for serving only the highest quality sashimi grade sustainable fish, proteins, freshly cut veggies and hand-crafted sauces. In addition, the brand’s innovative Poke Your Way™ menu allows for complete customization of indulgent and mindful food options, including gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan, keto, nut-free and raw.
