CKE Restaurant Holdings, parent company to the Hardee’s and Carl’s Jr. brands, has appointed Jennifer Tate to CMO and Mike Lenihan to CFO, according to a press release.
Tate comes from Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, most recently serving as senior vice president and chief marketing officer. Lenihan comes from Yum Brands, where he served as vice president of planning and analysis and treasury.

With both a U.S. and international footprint, Carl’s Jr. Restaurants LLC and Hardee’s Restaurants LLC have over 3,800 franchised or company-operated restaurants in 44 states and 39 foreign countries and U.S. territories.
