Jet’s Pizza has upgraded its gluten-free crust upgrades its ordering system to make ordering easier for those with dietary restrictions. The brand has added a “special menu” to its website for gluten-free, vegan and vegetarian customers, according to a press release.
Jet’s Pizza has offered gluten-free crust since 2016, but recently changed to a different gluten-free offering following a recent taste test. The new gluten-free crust will be rolling out in stores soon and measures nine ounces instead of six ounces. The press release says the crust has less potato starch, making it lighter and airier, and no brown rice is used in the crust. It also contains leavening.
“‘Better Because It Has to Be’ is not just a slogan but something we strive to work towards every day,” John Jetts, CEO and President of Jet’s America Inc., said in the press release. “We realize there are a lot of customers who have different allergies, and we want to do what we can to make sure everyone can enjoy our pizza and still receive a high- quality product.”
Jet’s Pizza has grown to more than 400 stores in 21 states.
