Slim Chickens is opening in Istanbul, Turkey, under the direction of the Boparan Restaurant Group and Ulus, which are opening a location inside the Istanbul Airport, the world’s largest airport.

Slim Chickens, which was founded in Fayetteville, Arkansas, has over 235 locations and over 1,150 locations in development.
