Slim Chickens is opening in Istanbul, Turkey, under the direction of the Boparan Restaurant Group and Ulus, which are opening a location inside the Istanbul Airport, the world’s largest airport.

They represent the type of operators we seek as we continue our strong growth trajectory across the US and overseas.”
Slim Chickens, which was founded in Fayetteville, Arkansas, has over 235 locations and over 1,150 locations in development.
