The franchise agreement is the very first for the frozen treat shop’s network, planting in Sewalls Point.

Frozen Treat Franchise ROK & WTR Lands First Location in FloridaSewalls Point, FL  (RestaurantNews.com)  Mission-driven frozen treat franchise, ROK & WTR, has just announced its very first franchise sold for its network. The new franchise location, owned by Karen Pencari, will land in Sewalls Point, Florida with an opening date scheduled for this month.

“Karen and her family are incredibly passionate about serving amazing frozen treats to Sewalls Point and the surrounding Stuart community, which is incredibly close to the beaches,” stated Seth Ray, founder and CEO of the brand. “But what we love most about Karen and her family is their passion to help bring the gift of clean water to as many families as possible around the world.”

Ray is referencing the brand’s foundational mission of “Doing Good One Frozen Treat at a Time”, a driving anthem that echoes the company’s goal of providing clean water to communities throughout the world through the non-profit organization Go.Build.Love also founded by Ray.

“We are super excited to have the opportunity to see other young families just like ours chase the ROK & WTR dream,” he said. “For us, it’s not about opening more locations, or serving more markets. For us, it’s about having the ability to do more good through something so good.”

ROK & WTR first started in 2020 when Ray chose to found a business that could help support his mission of helping families. Since its launch, the brand has given over 20,000 months of clean water to people in the developing world and helped dozens of local organizations achieve their mission too. The company not only supports impoverished communities such as in Haiti, it provides its signature Italian Ice to first responders and hospitals in the neighborhoods surrounding its stores.

“The reason the ROK & WTR brand exists is to ‘do good one frozen treat at time’,” Ray pointed out. “That means that with every treat we sell we’re able to help more people in our own neighborhood and nations far away. And with every location that we add, we have the chance to multiply that good!”

ROK & WTR’s franchise opportunity includes key vendor connections, comprehensive training, marketing resources, and ongoing support. To learn more about owning a ROK & WTR franchise and doing good in your community and throughout the world, visit www.rokandwtrfranchise.com.
