Dog Haus has executed an area development agreement with Bhawesh and Shivani Malhotra to open three Dog Haus Biergarten restaurants in Alabama, which will feature hot dogs and sausages free of all added nitrates and nitrites, burgers made from Black Angus, certified humanely raised, a well as all-natural chicken breast with no hormones and no antibiotics.

After a long career in the auto industry, Bhawesh Malhotra is on the executive team at a growing modular building company. His wife, Shivani, is a restaurant expert with experience working in many different roles in the industry.
