Fans eagerly anticipating the “Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse” film, arriving June 2, can celebrate early with a specially-created Burger King Whopper called the Spider-Verse Whopper and a Spider-Verse sundae.
The limited-time items will be available starting May 15 through June 21, according to a press release.
The burger features a red bun with black sesame seeds, melty Swiss cheese and all the usual Whopper toppings.
The sundae features soft serve ice cream topped with black and red chocolate popping candies.
“Like the infinite number of universes that can be explored in the next installment of the award-winning Spider-Man franchise, Burger King fans can discover new and exciting ways to customize the “Spider-Verse” menu items,” Pat O’Toole, CMO, Burger King North America, said in the release. “This co-promotion allows us to bring the best of both worlds together, creating countless possibilities for Guests to have it their way and rule their Spider-Verse.”
