Sonic Drive-in has opened in Sandy Springs, Georgia, according to a press release.
The location is near parent-company Inspire Brands’ Atlanta Global Support Center. It features drive-thru service, nine drive-in stalls and a patio with outdoor tables and lawn games. The new location also has exterior pick-up lockers, which pair with Sonic’s mobile Order Ahead platform.
“We’re thrilled to expand Sonic’s presence in Atlanta with a restaurant less than two miles from Inspire’s Atlanta Global Support Center,” John Kelly, Inspire’s chief company restaurant officer, said in the press release. “The Sandy Springs location is one of four corporate-owned Sonic restaurants opening in the Atlanta area over the next year, and we look forward to bringing more delicious meals, treats, drinks, and job opportunities to the communities we serve.”
