Fayetteville, Arkansas-based Slim Chickens, which has 225 locations in the U.S. and U.K., is adding a store in the U.K.’s Thorpe Park in partnership with multi-unit operators Boparan Restaurant Group and Bourne Leisure.
“We are thankful to be able to share our original southern recipe and renowned cooked-to-order chicken tenders with the community of Thorpe Park,” Jackie Lobdell, vice president of franchise development at Slim Chickens, said in a company press release. “Dedicated and reputable operating groups like Boparan and Thorpe Park are a prime example of who we continue to look for when partnering with restaurant groups both domestically and abroad.”
“We are continuing to expand the Slim Chickens brand across the globe,” Sam Rothschild, CMO of Slim Chickens, said in the release. “Each location we open signifies the success in the service and support systems we offer, and we pride ourselves in working with well-established operating groups like Boparan and Bourne Leisure who are dedicated to sharing our name with more communities abroad.”
