A Domino’s franchisee in India is offering fresh, hot pizza delivered 20 minutes after ordering. The guarantee is available in Bengaluru, according to a report in The Free Press Journal.
It’s the first QSR brand to make the promise in the city.
Domino’s pioneered the 30-minute delivery, establishing the brand as a market leader in the pizza QSR segment.
Sameer Khetarpal, CEO and managing director of franchisee Jubilant FoodWorks Limited, told the news outlet: “At Domino’s, we are committed to providing the best pizza-eating experience for our customers. Introducing the 20-minute delivery in Bengaluru is a testament to our dedication to excellence. By using analytics, insights, and technology, we are able to give our customers hotter, fresher, and tastier pizzas than ever before.”
The 20-minute delivery is available at 170 Domino’s stores in the city. The brand says it is able to achieve this timeframe through upgraded technology and in-store process improvements.
