Thanx, a loyalty and guest engagement platform, is partnering with marketing and analytics platform provider Personica to provide restaurant customers with greater flexibility in managing redemption of loyalty perks.
The partnership is the latest move to update the Thanx platform following the launch of an advanced self-service loyalty engine and non-discount reward capabilities.
Thanx restaurant partners will benefit from enhanced rewards management across an array of POS systems due to Personica’s integrations with POS systems such as NCR Aloha, Micros, POSitouch, Brink, Upserve and Squirrel, according to a press release.
Eureka! Restaurant Group, a California-based multi-unit scratch burger concept, is leveraging the partnership and technology integration.

The Thanx and Personica integration allows seamless redemptions for loyalty rewards for our in-store guests.
