Papa Gino’s Pizzeria and its sister company, D’Angelo Grilled Sandwiches, has donated $204,735.82 to local organizations through a number of campaigns giveaways and charitable giving efforts.

“We take our role as New England’s Neighborhood Sandwich Shop and The Official Pizza of New Englanders very seriously, and this means more to us than just words and serving delicious food; it means continuously finding ways to support, engage with and give back to the communities we serve,” Deena McKinley, chief experience officer at parent company New England Authentic Eats, LLC, said in the release. “As we begin 2023, we are so grateful to our loyal guests and our amazing team members for helping us raise almost $200,000 in 2022 through fundraisers, community partnerships, and charitable giving efforts, all going back into our local areas and benefiting New Englanders. It means so much to us that we are able to all work together to make a difference here in New England, and we look forward to another year of meaningful connections and tasty givings in 2023!”

The brands raised money through first-day sales donations, giveaways and community fundraisers for various non-profit organizations.

“Without the support and loyalty of our guests throughout New England, we wouldn’t be able to serve them their favorite Papa Gino’s and D’Angelo offerings for over 115 combined years between both brands,” Tom Sterrett, CEO and President of New England Authentic Eats, said in the press release. “We’re immensely proud of the relationships we’ve built across New England and the impact we’re able to make by supporting the local organizations that work tirelessly to drive real change in our neighborhoods. Here’s to many more years of impactful donations, cherished relationships, and meaningful community involvement!”
