Carl’s Jr. has paired with Nocking Point Wines to design The Carl’s Jr. Wine Pairing Bundle. The bundle features two wines specifically selected to complement the A.1. Double Cheeseburger, according to a press release.

The Carl’s Jr. culinary team sampled a variety of wines to find the burger’s best match and chose a red blend and pinot noir.

“After the busy holidays, there is no better time to sit back and relax with a mouth-watering cheeseburger and a glass of red wine,” Owen Klein, parent company CKE Restaurants VP of Global Culinary Innovation, said in the press release. “That’s why we are bringing back our partnership with Nocking Point Wines to celebrate the return of our A.1. Double cheeseburger. “The Carl’s Jr. Wine Pairing Bundle allows consumers to replicate a fine dining experience for an unbeatable price and the ability to enjoy on a night in.”

The A.1. Double Cheeseburger is available exclusively at Carl’s Jr. now until Feb. 7. Those that purchase the Carl’s Jr. Wine Pairing Bundle will be offered a promo code to redeem for a free A.1. Double Cheeseburger with minimum purchase of $1 Jan. 11 – Feb. 7, redeemable on the Carl’s Jr. app or via online ordering. The Carl’s Jr. x Nocking Point Wines bundle on NockingPointWines.com. Wine is sold and distributed by Nocking Point Wines.

“We wanted to create a culinary moment that customers can enjoy to unwind, relax and treat themselves,” Zac Albright, VP of branded content, Nocking Point Wines, said in the press release. “The current steakhouse-inspired burger from Carl’s Jr. is the perfect way to indulge and the taste of Nocking Point Wines pulls out unique and delightful notes from both the wines and the burger to enjoy that much more.”
