Island Poke has appointed Hux Norman head of property as it plans to add 100 locations across the U.K. in the next five years.
Hux comes from the UK-based Loungers, where he was property manager, according to a company press release.
“It is an incredible, fast-growing brand responding to modern consumer needs and I am really looking forward to bringing in my knowledge and experience to help the brand grow across the UK and beyond,” Hux said in the release.
Owned by Hero Brands, the chain has 18 locations in London, 11 in France and a residency in the luxury shopping destination, Bicester Village.
Island Poké is part of the Hero Brands group, which also includes German Doner Kebab, Choppaluna, Sides and XIX Vodka within its growing portfolio.
