Chill-N Nitrogen Ice Cream has opened in San Antonio in the Alon Town Center. The San Antonio Chill-N is owned and operated by local resident and entrepreneur Vanessa Richaud, according to a press release.
“We are overjoyed that our ‘Fresh in a Flash’ approach to ice cream has arrived in San Antonio and know our customers will enjoy the unexpected flavor combinations that drove us to bring the concept to Texas,” Richaud said in the release. “From the moment I locked eyes on how the ice cream is transformed, I knew I needed to bring this reality to my hometown, so everyone could experience how to go above and beyond regular ice cream to a land of fresh ingredients that is flash frozen in front of your eyes. We are excited to continue to drive new job opportunities here in San Antonio while helping the brand continue to grow across Texas.”
Chill-N uses nitrogen to flash freeze the ice cream, which consists of an ice cream base and a flavor.
“As summer heats up across Texas, we are excited for Vanessa and her team to be serving up some of the most delicious ice cream in the world to San Antonio and the surrounding community,” Daniel Golik, founder of Chill-N Nitrogen Ice Cream, said in the release. “This is our second location in Texas and we cannot wait to hear, taste and see the millions of flavor combinations that are created with employees, friends, and families by Vanessa and her team.”
The brand has nearly a dozen locations across Florida and in Texas with an additional 15 under development.
